Dr. David Lemon is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach, a researcher, and a lifelong learner who believes that diversity, equity, and inclusion provide critical value to the organizational solutions needed today. In a career spanning over two decades in the industries of higher education and healthcare, David has found his mission in helping the people he works with to better understand their own identities as well as the systems they operate within and how those systems may not work equitable for everyone. Through that understanding, David works with individuals to help them understand their own power and agency to create changes that lead to more equitable and inclusive outcomes for all organization and/or community members.

David’s experiences as a leader in multiple sectors combined with my scholarship around race and identity, particularly in the workplace, have afforded him unique experience to speak on organizational dynamics and change, growth and leadership development, as well as the way equity and inclusion runs through all of it.

Dr. Lemon coaches and consults with individuals, leaders, and organizations through his private practice to bring his expertise to those ready to make meaningful and lasting change. David holds a Doctorate in Educational Learning and Leadership from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, a Master of Science in Education in Student Affairs from UW-La Crosse, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College.

As a coach and thought partner, Dr. Lemon has a track record for success when It comes to helping leaders uncover the most inclusive and equitable solutions for their teams while working with them to build a path to those end-goals.
